First time going there, and what a great experience! The staff were super friendly, and on top of it. The food was scrumptious as well. The chili con queso could use a little work, but it was still edible. The dirty martini I had was excellent, and that doesn't always come out great. We also had a mariachi band play at our table. The singer was wonderful! We'll definitely be back!

You didn’t even know I had this whole weekend planned out for my guy & you made sure you sat us at the same booth we were at the night before. Everything happened perfectly today.

Paparruchos on Sage Road – A Hidden Gem for Ribeye Tacos I like this place for a few reasons, but the main one? Their authentic ribeye tacos with spicy jalapeño crema—hands down, the best I’ve had in Houston. The thinly sliced, flavorful ribeye combined with the heat of the crema makes for an unforgettable bite. Located in the Galleria area and surrounded by several hotels, Papparruchos has an interesting vibe, especially at night. The crowd is a mix of locals and travelers, and while the drinks are cheap, so are the bartenders—but not in a bad way! It’s just not quite what you’d expect in the Galleria, given the high-end restaurants nearby. That said, the staff was friendly, polite, and professional, making for an enjoyable experience. Beyond the tacos, the fajita torta sandwich is also solid. And if you’re into karaoke, they’ve got a Wednesday night session starting at 10 PM—definitely worth checking out. Would I go back? Absolutely. If nothing else, just for those delicious, savory ribeye tacos.
Amazing food ...everything was fresh.! Service was great ,the waitress was super friendly. I was amazed by how empty it was on a Saturday night. Approx 7pm . For how good and fresh the food was this place should have been packed. I'll be back again.
